Equipment Introduction：
GM-1100N Auto. Folder Gluer are mainly designed for the production of color boxes. They offer stable and high output production. Especially for complex design of boxes, efficient operation and fast change-over time can be achieved. With the high technology of automatic PLC positioning system, through the memory function, it can save the previous working data to shorten the setup time. The PLC positioning system provides a great help for wide diversity of works and meet the broad request of packing industry. Each component is designed for quick and easy operation to improve operators’ efficiency greatly.
Main Features：
Feeder Section
Correct feeding without skewness. Equipped with suction and hole-belts. Electrically control left and right baffles. Support by pneumatic auxiliary feeding knives and holder and a monitor screen.
Trombone Section
The upper and lower belt carriers are by independently electric control. Furthermore, regardless of slow or high-speed production, it can automatically track the position.
Pre-Folder Section
It makes sure the correct creasing lines at high-speed production which is very helpful for automatic packing procedure later on.
Pressing Conveyor Section
Heavy type for fast and convenient adjustment to offer excellent pressure without re-opening issues. Electrical sensor control to automatically adjust the delivery speed working with the main machine.
Crash-Lock bottom Section
High-steel of spring hookers to make hooking procedure at higher speed. The hooks can be positioned automatically. When hooks are not required, they can be simply lifted up by air cylinder and no need to disassemble them to fasten the set-up speed.
Final-Folder Section
Multi-angle guide wheels and large-size folding belts are equipped with high-power motors to produce corrugated boxes more stably.

1.Quick Adjustment on Feeder Belt
With Quick Adjusting unit, no need to use any tool, simply press down handles to adjust the Feeder Belts.
5.6-Corner Folder
(Optional)
Conveient operation for 6-corner cartons at stable and high-speed production. High vaiablity to make versatile designs of carton.
9.Pressing Conveyor by Motorization System
(Optional)
Adustment of Pressing Conveyor by motorizaiton for fast change-over to save time and effort.
2.Self-Drive Upper Belt Carrier
The Upper Belt Carrier is built with 5-phase adjustor to move belt gap vertically according to board thickness to ensure the speedy blank transportation without the issue of pressing mark.
6.PLC Positioning System with Memory Function
(Optional)
Recall periously enterring data to repeat fast auto. positioning correctly. The movement of each carrier is by electrical control which can save time and effort.
10.Easy Pack EP-65 (Optional)
In-lined with an Auto. Folder Gluer, it can collect various designs of boxes to turn them into 90 degree for friendly collection in big volume to save time and effort.
3.Air type of Lifting Hook Base
Hooker base is by electrical control. When they are not used, just simply press the button to lift them up. The hooker base can be also applied for the space to install Auto. Gluing System to save adjusting time. This is quite flexible and fast on operation.
7.Glue-Tank Adjustment by PLC
By entering data on HMI screen, the lower glue tank can follow the data to adjust the tank according to the position of gluing flap
11.Wireless Remote Controller
By Wireless Remotoe Controll, all the required function can be achieved on it.
4.4-Corner Attachment (Optional)
Very easy to set up 4-corner size for accurate and fast action of back fingers.
8.Electrical control of Trombone Carrier
Flexible adjustment on the left and right pressure bars to work with automatic positioning for quick adjustment.
