Equipment Introduction：
GM-550/650 Auto. Folder Gluer are mainly designed for the production of color boxes. They offer stable and high output production. Even for complex design of boxes, they can provide efficient operation and fast change-over time. Each component is designed for quick and easy operation to improve operators’ efficiency greatly.
Main Features：
Feeder Section
Equipped with special-made feeding knives and vibration motor to ensure high feeding stability.
With the support of Suction and Perforated Belts for correct feeding without skewness.
Pressing Conveyor Section
Fast and convenient adjustment to offer excellent pressure without re-opening issues. Electrical sensor control to automatically adjust the delivery speed working with the main machine.
Pre-Folder Section
It makes sure the correct creasing lines at high-speed production which is very helpful for automatic packing procedure later on.
Final-Folder Section
Available to add Folding Knfie for Single-Carrier operation to make small boxes. The speed of left and right folding belts is adjustable indpendently for convenient and fast operation.
Trombone Section
The extendable Pressing Bar is adjustable according to various designs of boxes. Regardless of slow or high-speed production, it can automatically track the position.

1.5-phase adjustor for the Upper Belt Carrier
The Upper Belt Carrier is built with 5-phase adjustor to move belt gap vertically according to board thickness to ensure the speedy blank transportation without the issue of pressing mark.
5.Wireless Remote Controller
By Wireless Remotoe Controll, all the required function can be achieved on it.
2.4-Corner Attachment (Optional)
Very easy to set up 4-corner size for accurate and fast action of back fingers.
3.PLC Positioning System (Optional)
Recall periously enterring data to repeat fast auto. positioning correctly. The movement of each carrier is by electrical control which can save time and effort.
4.Easy Pack EP-65
(Optional)
In-lined with an Auto. Folder Gluer, it can collect various designs of boxes to turn them into 90 degree for friendly collection in big volume to save time and effort.
