Equipment Introduction：
GM-650G Auto. Folder Gluer are mainly designed for the production of color boxes. They offer stable and high output production. Especially for complex design of boxes, efficient operation and fast change-over time can be achieved. With the high technology of automatic PLC positioning system, through the memory function, it can save the previous working data to shorten the setup time. The PLC positioning system provides a great help for wide diversity of works and meets the broad request of packing industry. Each component is designed for quick and easy operation to improve operators’ efficiency greatly.
Main Features：
Feeder Section
Equipped with special-made feeding knives and vibration motor to ensure high feeding stability.
With the support of Suction and Perforated Belts for correct feeding without skewness.
Final-Folder Section
Available to add Folding Knfie for Single-Carrier operation to make small boxes. The speed of left and right folding belts is adjustable indpendently for convenient and fast operation.
Infrared indicator light
The infrared clearly marks the crease position, enabling operators to adjust the machine more accurately during production changeovers.
Pre-Folder Section
It makes sure the correct creasing lines at high-speed production which is very helpful for automatic packing procedure later on.
Trombone Section
The upper and lower belt carriers are by independently electric control. Furthermore, regardless of slow or high-speed production, it can automatically track the position.
LED visual lights
The clear three-color LED light strip (green/yellow/red) allows managers to instantly know the machine's operating status.
Crash-Lock bottom Section
High-steel of spring hookers to make hooking procedure at higher speed. The hooks can be positioned automatically. When hooks are not required, they can be simply lifted up by air cylinder and no need to disassemble them to fasten the set-up speed.
Ejection Device (Trombone)
The inspection system screens out defective products, and the rejection device can automatically remove the sheets, allowing the machine to continue production without stopping.
Glue-Tank
By entering data on HMI screen, the lower glue tank can follow the data to adjust the tank according to the position of gluing flap
Pressing Conveyor Section
Fast and convenient adjustment to offer excellent pressure without re-opening issues. Electrical sensor control to automatically adjust the delivery speed working with the main machine.
