Equipment Introduction：
Semi-Auto. Two Pieces in One Folder Gluer KS-1600SA are newly developed and excellent for making one-piece, two-piece and multiple-piece cartons.
Main Features：
Feeder Section
Double feeder output system is adopted with smooth paper output, unique paper feeding knife setting, has ability to feed AB-flute thickness corrugated paper.
Final-Folder Section
Strong folding system which folds double sides of the carton after positioning with high precision. This decrease the possibility that a groove of corrugated flute becomes a folding line.
Glue Injection System
With independent Cold-gun and Hot-gun Auto. Glue Injection System
Two-piece Jointer Section
Positioning precisely, push double sides to glue and compress
Gluing Unit Section
Down gluing tank is adopted for two pieces gluing before folding.
